Our tea color sorter, a type of CCD color sorter, is specially designed to sort various tea. Some of its characteristics including:
1. Special mechanical design
Using double/three/four layer sorting system, our tea color sorter finishes material sorting at one stroke, which greatly reduces the damage rate of tea.
Specialized feed system is used to ensure the uniformity of materials and reduce damage rate.
2. High-speed, high-resolution CCD camera
Our tea color sorter uses high-speed linear array CCD image sensor (5000+ pixels) and high-accuracy lens to realize image acquisition. It can detect 0.04mm2 heterochromatic regions.
